For those of you who prefer a sheer glossy lip but still want a nice colour pay off then I would definitely suggest the Bourjois colour boost lip crayons. They make lips appear ultra-shiny and glossy which makes it easily wearable and still gives you a generous hint of colour. The colour sweet macchiato is a brilliantly lustrous brown which is sure to evoke autumnal colours as well as a little blast from the past in the form of the 90’s, get the chokers out gals.

Mac lip pencil in spice – available at Mac stores and counters – $30

Some people prefer just a little fill and lining of the lips from a lip liner and I completely understand why. These Mac liners have a really creamy consistency and is honestly like wearing a matte lipstick, except it never budges or feathers throughout the night. Spice is an absolute gem of a colour which is described by Mac as a “pink cinnamon stick” (couldn’t explain it better myself) and it is such a stunning autumnal colour. A deep brownish-pink which suits all skin tones and honestly makes your lips look fuller, I don’t know how, but this is the only colour in which when I apply it all my friends ask me what colour I’m wearing and whether my lips have gotten bigger. A win all round.
