What is Beautifinda?

Beautifinda was created to help Beauty Professionals find new clients and better manage their business in Australia.

Beautifinda connects people looking for Makeup Artists, Spray Tanners, Hair Stylists and Wedding beauty professionals with Beauty Professionals close to them or who come to them.

Customers can search by service and geographic location, view images and profiles and then contact to book.

Customers have the security of knowing that all Beauty Professionals are vetted, and that on Beautifinda they will only find the best Beauty Professionals.

How can Beautifinda help me?

Beautifinda can connect you with new people who are looking for your services. Beautifinda enables you to showcase your work via stunning photo galleries and build your brand and connect you with new people looking for your services.

Beautifinda allows you set your calendar availability and receive booking requests from potential clients.

Beautifinda provides analytics allowing you to understand how your listing is performing and how many people are viewing your information.

What are the charges and how do you make money?

It is free to list your business on the site.

If you accept a booking from the site there is a service fee of 5% payable to Beautifinda.

We will only ever charge you for bookings that you accept and that are 100% confirmed via credit card payment.

How do I get paid?

You are paid by funds transfer after you confirm the appointment has taken place.

What about cancellations and no shows?

Cancellations from customers with less than 24hrs notice are non refundable- you will be paid in in full (minus our service fee).

Likewise for no shows.

SMS and email reminders are set to help everyone remember.

How about if I need to add additional fees (travel ect)

That’s easy to do also

What happens if I need to cancel?

Before you accept an appointment, please ensure you will be able to fulfil it to avoid disappointing customers. If you need to reschedule please contact the Beautifinda team at hello@beautifinda.com.au. However if you need to cancel the appointment, you may incur fees at per the sites terms and conditions. Please email us in this case.

Can I get in contact with the client to discuss appointment details?

The messaging system on our site will allow you to contact your clients directly.

Is it easy for me to modify my availability?

Modifying is easy. You can simply block out times you are unavailable through our calendar system.
