What is Beautifinda?

Beautifinda was created to help people find great Beauty Professionals who are close to them or who come to them.

Beautifinda connects people looking for Makeup Artists, Spray Tanners, Hair Stylists and Wedding beauty professionals with Beauty Professionals close to them or who come to them.

How does it work?

Simply select the service you are looking, the location for the service and the preferred date and time then click search to get started.

You will then see only the Beauty Professionals who are available.

What about online booking?

Once you have selected your Beauty Professional you can book securely through our site.

How secure is your online booking platform?

Online bookings are processed through Braintree, who is owned by Paypal. Braintree power the booking systems of sites like Airbnb.

What happens then?

Only once the Beauty Professional confirms your booking request will you be charged.

You will receive an email confirming.

You will receive and SMS and email reminder 48hrs prior.

What if I have to cancel?

You can cancel your appointment up to 24hrs before and get a refund (minus the booking fee)

This will be transferred into your account.

If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice you will not receive a refund.

What happens if the beauty professional does not show up or I am not happy with the service?

All Beautifinda beauty pro’s are vetted and subject to ongoing customer reviews.

Please contact the site in the instance of any service related issues.

What happens if I want to pay with cash?

Beautifinda is a online business that provides online booking for the convenience of both parties. We do not offer cash payment.

I want to get ready with friends. Can I book services for multiple people at once?

Absolutely! Simply select the service you require and the number of clients.

Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my beauty professional? (set up etc.)

Please make sure you are ready at least 10 minutes before your beauty professional is due to arrive. Having a space ready that includes a table and chair with good lighting means you can get started right away. For more specific questions, please directly contact your beauty professional through the messaging feature on the site.

Can I update my booking details once an appointment is booked?

Through the messaging system, you can contact your beauty professional if you need to change minor details such as address or time. However if you need to change the date, please make sure you contact the Beautifinda team.

Do you charge a processing/booking fee?

Yes, there is a small booking fee of 5%.
